ghosting on leds

hi any you guys had this problem. fitted 6 off inset leds in a hallway. look fantastic but when switched off there is a small glimmer from the leds .bit like ghosting on a neon screw driver.had a look found when i remove the 2 way switch and cable all ok.
tested the cable and switch perfect.its in an old house so i used the old steel conduit in the switch drop .is it possable cable is inducing a small voltage in the off position to the other cable ?
