The rumours are going around that Osborne has a little problem with his chemistry set and from some of the pictures and video I've seen I think it could be true. Some time ago he was pictured with a "lady of the night" and a small pile of Columbia's best known export (I'm not talking about Shakira here) and some of it appeared to be under his nostrils.
Just imagine if it turned out to be true.
