What's the best for use with a respirator mask? Got glasses at the mo but the fog up after about 10 seconds which is no good when chasing.
Having to go without today as need the mask but my eyes are super gritty now [emoji851]

I have similar problem. Which is lessor of the two evils, think I'd rather protect my eyes than nose. The better of the masks, will lessen breath being exhaled under your safety glasses, and you can get an anti fogging liquid to go on the inside of your glasses. But when they get covered in dust, you can't see a thing. What about an all in one mask respirator?

I worked in some really dusty/crappy industrial places, when I was in my twenties. No PPE provided by my employer, and I didn't think to buy it myself. After a few years, I started getting chest infection after chest infection. GP sent me to my local respiratory hospital, and the consultant diagnosed me with onset asthma. So get a good mask as well if your suffering.

Yeah I have asthma anyway so have a p3 respirator will have a look at a mask tho

Can't figure out how to link to that jsp mask but what an absolute piece of ---- masks were crap and it fogged up straightaway. Went for my hilti wall chaser Henry combo today instead of grinder and was goin ok til I blew up Henry and melted both discs 3/4 way thru lol

Have you tried a anti fog product on the inside? You gotta have scrupulously clean screen, then put on the anti fog. You'll probably have to do it each time you use the mask. You'll always suffer with fogging with any mask, ask any motor cyclist. I tried a couple of different wall chasers & vacuums from local hire centres, with pretty poor results. In fact, the last centre said they use Henry's and then chuck them away, when they block up. If you want that set up, you'll have to invest in a Metabo, but the vacuum's about £500.

Was looking at the Bosch gas50 which is about £400 match all the rest

Had bad customer service on a laser level, so I wouldn't buy from them personally. I've used Metabo, and it did the job as you would expect it to. I'd repost, in the tools products section, and get some views before you invest.

PS Its the vacuum, that's the more important item

Can anyone confirm this works ?
Looks like a pricey mistake if it don't :greedy:
My glasses mist up even without resparator, so I've had to solve by squinting and looking away if possible.
Not ideal with a SDS chisel in crumblesome motar

That's the one I picked up I didn't find it very good very foggy after a few minutes and didn't rate the masks either

I wear the JSP masks £4.99 from wickes.
Being cheeky and tight-fisted I got the missus to throw one in the washing machine and it worked !!!
Been using the same on for two weeks, and I get masks proper filthy LOL

I use the 3M 4251 respirator.No misting and worth paying for.
