Afternoon lads, anyone know of any good gloves I can get that will stop my hands from getting filthy whilst changing old light fitting after light fitting because I have jobs coming in that require me to do so.... but the work destroys your hands and nails. Not a good look for the weekend!! Obviously nothing baggy will do coz its impossible to 2nd fix :)

Cheers

You can get a bunch of surgical latexes from places like poundland and that, or failing that, the pharamcy. Not wishing to be a nob, though, but if you're bothered about your manicure, are you sure you've made the right career decision?

Yea I'm pretty sure I can cut it as a good sparks and a clean handed member of society. These gloves aren't gonna be the first tool out of the van... Only when I know I'm gonna get completely plastered in dirt for about a week and I don't want to ruin my appearance. If I prevent it I don't have to deal with it, like most problems at work :)
