Going rate charged for PIR

What is being charge by you guys to carry out Periodic Inspection Reports,on say a semi detached three bedroom house.Need some idea of the prices now being charged for this work.
the client wants this carried out, then a dual split load cu and bonding installed.
Appreciate the help guys!

Going rate is around £20 a circuit or between £120-£150 for the whole house.Found this on the web,maybe you can use it a as a guide.

All Work is tested and certified within the price unless otherwise stated.
All prices are subject to a free wiring check before work commences and do not include needed remedial work , any remidial work will be advised and quoted before work commences.Prices assume RCD protection where needed.
17th Edition Consumer Unit , twin RCD ,update of tails ,main earth and main bonding - £285
Electric Shower Circuit (with ceiling or wall switch) - £190
Outside light - £80 + cost of light fitting
Extra socket - From £30
Power to Shed or Garage (within 6 metres underground cable) including light and 2 socket outlets - £320
Re-Wire (average 3 bed semi) - From £1700 - Customer to arrange plastering & re-decoration.
Quotes will be for the final price with no hidden extra's and including VAT. If you prefer not to have a fixed price an hourly rate + parts can be agreed.
No Call out fee for repairs , hourly rate + parts.

£25 a circuit for a PIR.
£430 for cu change with certs.
£75 for bonding.
