What's the best make of spirit level? I have a nice Draper one and it's served me well, but what does me about a lot of levels is the two little lines that the bubble is meant to go between are wider than the bubble by a mil or two on each side, which means I still have to judge by eye somewhat. IF I WANTED TO JUDGE BY EYE I WOULDN'T BE USING A LEVEL!!!!Anyone know of a brand of level which is well renonwned to be accurate, which also have the two little lines spot on each side of the bubble?

Have tried the 'compass' type levels with the arrow and don't really get on with them, but could be swayed.

Spirit what????:rolleyes::p

I have Stanley 'Fat Max' levels, and one of those cool little levels that has the pop out bit to it that fits inside metal boxes to level them up when you've chased them in.
