two really good books that are cheap enough and quite good are the amicus / unite , electricians guide to good practice and the electricians guide to inspection and testing. they don`t cost the earth either.
£12 for both books or a tenner if your a member

I got the red one.....dead handy if you need to do a quick calc on site as all the tables are in there.

found them a bit easier to find things in when i was at college. small enough not too take up much room

not selling them mate just thought they would be for students, just a book review of kind for anyone looking at getting books

Google Books

some books have been made available to view and print off for free on google, some have the full version and some are limited but maybe worth a look through before you go spending hard earned if you can get what you need on there

Is this book like any other "guide to the 17th edition" book, or this book is more practical and handy type of book. I don`t want to buy another boring guide book.

no it`s not a guide just a sort of smaller compact version of the regs for the tool box

Imo every tool box is incomplete without the uptodate latest edition of Nuts or if you have loads of dosh FHM lol
