I had an email from good energy earlier today saying there was a couple of problems with a fit application we had made. I had made a mistake on the paperwork and the mpan didn't tie up with the property address.

I replied giving them the correct information and a couple of hours later received an email from them saying the application had now been processed.

Tops marks to GE for communication and speed I say.
 
They haven't been great so far for me. My installer forwarded on the email application form and the meter read was from the business day before. They would not accept this, but didn't bother to tell me for another 20 days so I've lost 300kWh of energy payments. It seems so inconsistent that you can post the form to them and it will take several days but if you email them the starting meter reading must be from earlier that same day that the email is sent.

And I still don't know if I am set up with an account yet...
 
@Gnarly, talk to them (nicely) and they will usually allow you to pro-rata it :) - they did for one of my clients.
