Got a problem

I need a 4 way metal clad wylex cover to cover the DB shown in the picture below, it is in a basement of an old building and there are computers connected to the board and the hub is below the board making it difficult to replace at this present time, some door handle removed the cover we think 5-6 years ago and it has got misplaced somewhere, after searching the archives and other rooms near the board we cannot find the lid and need to cover up the exposed bits urgently until a later date when the board can be replaced, now has anyone got a board like this they would sell me?

Edit: (Removed whole message because I misunderstood ) How big is that DB anyway? I find it really hard to tell from the photo lol. Either looks tiny or massive.

Thought I had a cover you could of had but turns out it was a MEM 4 way.
