Got about 50 more trainees to approve

Just got back from holibobs. Got about 50 more trainee's to checkout and approve.

If the ratio of questions V answers gets a bit heavy on the trainee-side. I have about another 5 or so decent experienced guys in the pipeline for helping with answers.

Just thought I'd say so that you know it's not gone all stale - I've just not been around. I'll catch up this week. I'm taking on an actual employee to help with this and some other things I could get behind on, along with helping with newer businesses such as a van insurance one, and a tat-selling-on-ebay one (iPhone chargers, cases and other electrical low-cost goods).

So it'll be a full-time thing for this new guy to make sure it's kept on top of.

I've moved over all trainees who have provided their details. Only a couple have missed some bits out so a few more coming over but not too many.

I'll go through the settings later today and sort out the thread prefixes that we'll need in here etc.

Just got to get some actual work done now for a bit.
