It does say not for reproduction, but I guess as long as you don't distribute it and just use it for your purposes, its fine. But linking it here, could be reproduction

The fact that it is there and available suggests that it isn’t illegal.
Looks like AMD 3 in red and the 18th in green.
Black I assume is common to both.
