Ok delivery turns up TODAY (one day late) 3 blokes waisted day plus tank of petrol! AND yes 3 PANELS BROKE!! there is only 14 on the job!!! is it a record??? can i claim labour for 2 blokes to go replace them ??? TNT broke them!! but its old story PAY for 1 PALLET cram to much on!!!
 
There is nothing that can be said to sooth a situation like this .
I think not just myself but all the other installers on here feel for you .:63:
