hi all just a quick question regarding the grading card what qualifications are required to be graded technician ?

other grading questions

does anybody understand the skills section definitions for grading i.e on the sjib applicatiion form is:
electrical fitter:
is it just basically fitting out electrical single phase accessories and three phase accessories there definitions are quite difficult to understand what is being asked

also distrubuitions networks electrician:
not sure if this implies the installation of three phase

if anybody can spell out there definitions for me that would be great

Depends which grade of technician

Site Technician is harder to obtain than Installation Technician.

As Ezze said either 2360 course C or C&G 2400 or 2391-20 as a minimum for technician. For site tech you need to have been an approved elec for 5 years. Inst tech is easier to get.
