It breaks down a little more detail on ECO measures. Of note is that PV (and other microgeneration) is only eligible for ECO funding if electric heating is the primary heating source - so no go if heating is gas, oil or biomass. Also that heat pumps must be partly or fully used for space heating - so no ASHPs that are only for DHW.
