green testing forms

hello everyone, can some one tll me abit about the testing forms, can i use them to issue for installation or do i have to waiting to be enrolled with the niceic. please, if you can give me as much information as possible

You can use whatever forms you like, even when enrolled.

If you are joining the NIC, they prefer you to use theirs.

As long as they contain at least the information asked for in appendix 6 of the BRB, then you can use it.

I prefer the NICEIC stuff myself, as it looks professional and the ones in the BRB look awful at the best of times, and a million times worse when an engineer with only the slightest grasp of the skill of writing has scribbled all over it, normally with wrong information...

Oooh, I'm getting bitchy in my old age, but I do like paperwork to be done properly!
