We have a greenbrook timer model number 100-c that is used to control discharge bollard lights in the car park to our property. I have just replaced all the bulbs in the units, but the lights are constantly on. The timer is set to come on and off at dusk and dawn, but the switch that should let you switch between on, off and timed mode doesnt have any effect at all. The only way of turning the lights off is to switch the fuse on and off.

Any ideas of what is causing this problem.

Thanks
