Well as an introduction post, im a little unsure what to write in these area's. So a little about myself
I learnt my Trade whilst serving in the Royal Engineers in 1994, and have gained my electrical qualifications whilst serving. I then carried on my training under taking the C Certificate before leaving the Forces. Shortly after leaving I under took the 2391 inspection and testing and many employer had no idea what the C cert was and that it essentially covered the 2391 as part of the qualification.
In 2006 I had a change in careers and move into teaching electrical installations on the 2330 and the 2391. I gained alot of understanding from teaching that has developed my own professional development.
In 2010 I was given the opportunity to move in t Contract management and my teaching again has proved invaluable in understanding / knowing where to find information on day to day problems.
I have come to these forums as one of my senior electricians uses these forums and speaks highly of the advice given here.
Regards
