Does the inspection of grid-connected photovoltaic plants include testing the software used to enable remote monitoring by the operator and remote control by the public utility (to cut output into the mains when necessary)?
Are inspectors expected to examine the documentation which comes with the hardware for the plant (for example for completeness and accuracy, correct signal words for safety, plain language, etc.)?
Has anyone come across installation instructions on the web for small to medium size photovoltaic plants? I am a translator and have a specific interest in the wording used in documents written and edited in the UK for UK readers, especially but not only trained electricians.
