Grid Plate question

Hi

Can anyone tell me if there is a reg which limits cable length run from a fused radial on a grid plate.
I seem to recall 3m but i think this is the distance from the origin i.e. Grid Plate to a fused connection.
Can anyone clear this up for me.

Nope!! only normal cable restraints will limit cable size...

Nothing springs to mind! Why would you think there is a limit on length?? --- provided the cable meets the usual calc requirements (R1 + R2, VD, etc ....)
