Ground mount versus roof mount

Can anyone advise cost difference in mounting on a sloping site with a ground mount against cost of mounting on a roof, obviously the conditions of the ground etc have a bearing on how the mount is located, the area concerned is 16 metres long, made up ground so concrete will be required to anchor frame the ground is approx 40 degrees the panels would need to be raised approx 1m to overcome potential shading. Not looking for exact figures but a guide i.e +£1000 compared to roof mount etc. Also what types of mounting systems are available for fixing on a sloping site (raised 1m) or would a bespoke frame be required and std rails attached.
