Well done to Marvo and IQ who came the closest.

It's an IP68 rated boxed transformer for an outside set of lights. The first photo was inside after you take the lid off.

No. Same property but a different circuit. This one passed on IR.
But the transformer was buried n took me a while to find.
IQ remember its not the winning it's the taking part that counts.
