We are having a bad enough time as it is so what happens well in the US they have the code and it is in a ring binder so when its updated you buy the replacements for a pittance but no not UK jobsworth me thinks they sit down and say "lets tweak the regs every 2 years and get those suckers out there to buy the new coloured book that we have tweaked for crazy money" I managed to get the PAT testing book down from £44 to £29 if this book had Thomas the tank engine in it , it would cost £7.99p and please do not tell me it is a limited print run infact it is no differant from printing Thomas its just more boring

or as a download so we could just print the updated bits and save some trees and money ! but i suppose they need to change the colour the same as road tax discs ! bit of an overkill if your doing domestics ! a shorter version could be available ! o well out comes the blankety blank checkbook and pen again.

Hi Kung, These are the official IET proposed publication dates, I flagged them up in another thread about 2 months ago. It's going to be an expensive year ... the only redeeming feature is finally we get GN8 updated, long overdue IMO.
