Hi,
I'm looking to change our H&S company and looking for a company to re write our policy, risk assessments and be approved for CHAS. Can anybody recommend a company who can do a decent job? or who other companies use?
We are based in York

Haven't you got a H and S Officer, Rep etc? you should be able to write your own RAs and SSoW Sorry don't know of any freelance H and S people we used a Rep from the British Safety Council, they also do training etc.

I own my company, and we pay a company for this service. We've used them for 3 years and now looking to try a different company.

So you pay a company to go to site and write your risk assessments you must be mad or plenty of money
