I have an Irwin one. I think I bought it from B&Q.
I would use the blade which came with it, or one out of the box of consumables on site. IMO technique is more important than what kind of saw you use - mark the cut using a set square, let the saw do the work and keep the cut straight, then file it down.
If I had the choice I'd use a chopsaw, then file the edge down. Quicker, easier and neater.
Cordless Panasonic metal cutting saw for me :56:
Has anybody used a 'standard' 18v circular saw with metal blade for tray etc ? I've got a bosch 18v-li and wondered if it would work?
