hey guys im finding it hard to do the portfolio work for the NVQ level 3 (2356). i dont really seem how to set it all up and how to reference pictures to jobs and the work that i have done to the college folder. so if any one has got any spair portfolio work that would help me that would be much appreciated.

Try downloading the jib logbook it goes a long way to helping you build a portfoilio

Cross referencing means for example if you write up a job then put you photos with it label the photo job 1 or shop refit or whatever you want to call it, date it, and if it is a picture of the site entrance with a gate and all the mandatry signs (no hat no boots no job) and therefore evidence that you have met performance objective 3 for unit 301 (keeping the public out of the work area) label it job 1 301-3 get your work based supervisor to sign it. Your Assessor should be able to assist, after all, beleive me he wants you to acheive more than you know !!
