oh yes what a fantastic idea save the grief we are having on replacing meter tails and cutting seals

I think I remember isolating the supply to a house once using the meter. It had a dial on it that could be turned with a flat head screw driver after you pushed it in to it's housing. I've only ever seen one and I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining it.
