health and safety policy/statement for assesment?

Hi does anyone out there have a health and safety policy statement as required for part p assesment they can email me as I not sure exactly what is required for it? I presume its all about not working live, safe isolation, taking into account kids, animals, pensioners etc but not put one together before so could do with some help.

If you go to your prospective scheme providers website and look for 'downloads' or some similar area, you will most likely find what you are looking for.
