Hello there

If i could have some advice please on a heating system would much appreciated

Done a few heating systems in the past with s & y plan systems however an extension i have first fixed the customer is now installing under floor heating. There is a circulation pump, a manifold and two port valve there from memory.
I have ran a there core twin and earth and a feed to the thermostat for the new zone in the kitchen, a feed to the manifold and where the pump is located and two three cores from manifold to the existing airing cupboard where there is a wiring centre and boiler for the existing heating system.

Could anybody give me an idea how to wire this heating system please

Can you re word it so it makes sense? There core or three core? basically how many cables you got going from what to where? Then we might know your setup

sorry

I have a three core to the thermostat in extension- where the under floor heating controls are located
I have a feed 20 amp supply - where the under floor heating controls are located
I have x2 three core to from where the under floor heating controls are located-the existing house airing cupboard wiring centre

Why can't you follow the wiring diagram which you used to decide how many cables to run? Or did you just take a wild guess at what cables you need?
If it's like most systems you don't need a separate supply to the ufh as it can be fed from the boiler supply (feeding it with a separate supply will need a relay to link to the boiler controls) you'd normally need L,N and SwL from boiler to ufh manifold and a L and SwL (and possibly N) to the stat from the manifold if it's a wired one.

It's sensible in my opinion to include a three pole isolator at the manifold to allow isolation from the rest of the heating system.
