m having a bit of an issue that is proving difficult to resolve.

For 2 years I have been having no problems with my setup. I have a 3 zone house. 1 radiator “zone” and two underfloor heating zones. Each zone has a neo V2 thermostat.

Last couple of weeks when my kitchen zone heated up - it would stay warm all the time even though my thermostat was not asking for heating. So when you look at the heating graph on the app there would be a constant flat line at 20 Oc even if the thermostat was switched to standby. When I looked at my rf unit under the boiler, I eventually caught it with the pump lights on and it was sending hearing to the kitchen zone.

Something is keeping my kitchen zone at 20.

The only way to cool the kitchen down was to turn the boiler off. Not happening with other zones

On Monday this week it looked like the kitchen Thermostat was no longer able to ask the rf unit for more heat. I did speak to Tech and I was advised to purchase a replacement Thermostat - this seemed reasonable as we reset thermostats to drive different zones and all the testing seemed to make sense.

I fitted a neo V3 back into the kitchen yesterday. Everything looked good and both thermostat and mobile app looked to be working well.

However it would appear that the same thing is happening again. Although thermostats in my other zones have deopped to 16 0c overnight the Kitchen has remained a solid 20 withou the thermostat asking for heating at any stage. See image.

Has anyone got any ideas? Why does my kitchen zone seem to get locked into a set temperature without the thermostat seeming to want this.
