Hi fellow electricians,

Wondering if anyone out there can kindly help me out? I have a underfloor heating controlled by UH3 heatmiser.

When thermostat control is activated, there is no boiler response and hence no heating.

Has anyone come across a similar problem? Is it a relay fault within the UH3 unit? Any other possible reasons for this (water pump?), etc. Any simple test to pinpoint fault?

Picture of indicator lights shown when zone heating is activated:

Thanks in advance!

Is this one of the remote thermostats? If so look at the instructions as it my be a case of just resetting the receiver to the channel in the control box. Sorry I can’t be more specific but I have a heatmeiser controller UF heating system and remember a similar issue.

Not remote. Wired thermostat. Which makes it even odder.

Hi,did you sort it? Would have asked how the boiler enable was wired, but you may have sussed it by now.
