Hi folks, I am a self employed sparky (for far too long) working mainly rural installations, repairs and maintenance.The work I enjoy mostly is wiring motors and controls, mainly to do with water pumps for orchard irrigation, farm water supplies and cowsheds. I also have been known to install the odd security alarm system. I find it interesting reading what others have to say about their work the electrical trade in general and compliance issues. Thanks for having me.
