Hi guys,

I've been lurking around this forum for a few years now, but never really introduced myself and what i do.

I'm currently working for a worldwide oil company building & testing Well pressure control and Wireline/logging winches, as a Lead Electrical Technician in charge of 5 Sparks and 2 apprentices. I started my apprenticeship at this place 6 years ago after leaving school, after finishing my time a year later progressed up to Lead Tech. During this time i have traveled around the world, servicing and fixing our products in the field. My main area of expertise is PLC's and programming, aswell as Motor control circuits and Atex panel building.

I am wanting to progress in my education, so a degree maybe on the cards in the near future. I currently have a HNC in Electrical Engineering as well completing my Compex and BOSIET/MIST/HUET and Norwegian.

Really enjoy reading through some of the threads on here, awesome place to be :willy_nilly:

Oh well that's me, and thanks for reading.
