help advice needed

Right, here goes, i need something that i can use to convert a temperature signal into a voltage output, basically the boilers we use have a feature called back end protection, what it is it closes off the main flow and return to the cylinders until the boiler is up to temperature, then it actautes a 3 port valve to allow the heated water to flow into the cylinder, normally this is controlled by the boilers control system but in this instance its not, the temperature control is 0v analogue and the 3 port valve has forward and reverse, so what i need is an interface to control this, any ideas, i dont mind building one but i need a bit of guidance.

Would have thought a simple temp switch would suffice, use the switch as part of the control design.

Couldn't you contact the manufacturer of the boilers and see if they already do something like that, they may be able to point you in the direction of what you want to do, can't think your the only one in the world who needs this kind if system

Euro therm controller will do what you need with maybe a relay or two. When you say 0v analogue do you mean 0-10v ?
