Hi all, my first post, and recently qualified part p from tradeskills 4 u,

I am about to do a cu change on my own house so I can get it inspected for napit, elecsa, nic, et al accreditation.

have come accross some bad wiring!! the shower was running off 10 mm spur frm an emersion switch, which was in turn utilised to run a ch pump via a timer.

What i plan to do is run a 10mm feed back to the new board for the shower,to rectify this, but was wondering.. if can i run the pump off a new switch as a spur off the imersion (which i will also connect up as it hasnt been! )or should i take that back to the board as well ( ie three seprate circuits)

ps. I have already disconnected the shower, because of the danger!

I look forward to your help!

regards Paul
