Help- Disconection times please peeps.

TNS, 10 meter run from main switch (100MA delayed) in 16 mil feeding main consumer unit, 80 amp load.(ish) . What is my maximum allowable disconnection time of this distribution circuit to the CU, obviously the cu is an item of fixed equipment exceeding 32 amps. Reg 411.3.2.3 clearly states that 5 s for such a curcuit is allowable, and this circuit is not covered by 411.3.2.2 as its in excess of 32 amps.
Do I put 5 secs on my certificate, or have I completly missed a reg somewhere !
Help please chaps ! (of course, a CU may not be seen as an item of fixed equipment etc!)

What 16mm is it, T+E, SWA etc and how is it installed???

T+E ref/100- clipped to joists no insulation though. Runs under floor boards etc.

5s for a distribution circuit so 5s on the cert.

But.... if this distribution circuit was buried in the wall less than 50mm and without mechanical protection etc etc, it would need additional protection via 30mA RCD.

Sometimes it's not the circuit itself but the installation method of it we need to consider, thanks to the collective mind at the IEE and their wonderful rule book.
