loook up chris kitcher on you tube a step by step guide for each test is available also very handy if you are a bit rusty. he also has a book published which is a great help. i just want to add i recieve no commission for this just thought it would help people out as it did me

I watched his continuity of ring final video...

He incorrectly states that polarity is confirmed after step 2.

But his book is excellent.

In stage two one of the things you are checking for is inter connections between line and neutral in the ring at each point in the circuit when you do your figure of 8 which in a way is correct polarity

Except for the picture on the front, which makes no sense to me
