Help: How to find the radiation intensity of a location in Pakistan

Help: Who can help me in getting the radiation level of pakistan city? Is there is web that I can log in to get the info? I want to learn to configurate the batteries for a 1600w off-grid solar system. If I get the radiation level, how can I use the data and configurate the battery?

You will need to know the demand load and pattern as well in order to size the batteries.
