These are thoughtout the apartment controlling all the MR16 halogen downlights, basically some are just momentary low voltage rocker switches, which dim and some are just on/ off, there's no manufactures markings on any of the switches or face plates whatsoever, I'm going to have to go back and try and trace the unit these are connected to, hopefully they're most information to be found, worst still all thats wrong is the lugs that hold the rocker switch in have snapped on one side..
 
If you just wanted to replace the switches but retain the mounting plate have a look at cpc farnell,they do lots of momentary action switches,most are less that a pound each,you're bound to find something to fit that size hole.

another good place ive found recently is mouser

rs is very good as well

(mouser gives you the exact dimensions of the parts so it will be a straight swap)
