This person requires some work. They've hopefully explained their skills and qualifications and what area they're in. Otherwise, what's the bloody point?

hi guys

im currently doing my level 3 electrical installations course and have been labouring for the past 2 years ,
the company i work for have told me that untill i have a level 3 qualification they will not give me any sparky work.
from searching jobsites online there seems to be very very few trainee positions for someone in my position .
pretty much all the companies i see advertising for trainee electricians require at least 1-2 years of experience on site .

what i dont understand is , how am i meant to gain this experience if no companies are hiring willing trainees who are trying to get their foot on the ladder . !!??

My college say they also expect me to be in a trainee position so i gain practical experience as my level 3 is purely classroom study with some testing and inspection work but what i really need is experience on site

surely there msut be companies out there ?? no ?
