In need of advice . I installed a new kitchen ring main and tested everything is fine 0.68zs. Ir test all 299. But sometimes when u turn on either the dishwasher, washing machine or tumble the rcd trips.sometimes the tumble and washing machine will run for 2hours without tripping but other times a few seconds then trips

Any advice will be much appreciated

Are they old appliances on a new ring and did you have RCD protection before?

Hi george
my dishwasher did the same thing as whats happening to your installation the rcd went after 30 mins of the dishwasher switching on.The heating element was breaking down and going to earth hence tripping the rcd on that side of the board.new element fitted no more tripping !! by what your saying it can only be the appliances or combined causing your problem me thinks.
