Just having a discussion with a few chaps and need some clarification on this, so if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!!
Steel shipping container with 5kv generator supplying two pieces of outdoor equipment and two 13amp sockets inside the container (at opposite end). I have been told that there is single commando plug into genset, then various branches off in SWA for extensions outside!! Not having seen it, don’t want to comment, but sounds very poor!
Anyway my question is after trawling through the regs, 551.1 / 717.1 / 740.551.8 ect I cannot find myself a definitive answer about the level of protection needed for this type of setup.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
