in a bathroom which requires supplementary bonding and ALL the pipes-work is plastic,
a-bonding is only required between bath and basin taps.
b-bonding must be visible and mechanically protected.
c-RCDs are not necessary on a new circuits.
d-bonding is only required between the earth terminals of separate circuits

tankfull for any replyes

The question you should ask is what is the purpose of supplementary equipotential bonding and how would this affect/be affected by an installation such as you describe. You will know the answer to this.
I'm not being funny with my response, I'm a father of 3 and I never gave any of them an answer to their homework either, I pointed them in the right direction and let them get the answer. I reckon they learned more that way:)
