Hello I'm having some new electrical work done on my home, I'm having a Hotpoint DHS53XS Electric Double Oven & LINDHOB10 Induction Hob.. I need to send over the information I'm guessing so he can see what size cable but I'm clueless to what I need to find and where I'll find this information. Currently the electrican is away so I can't ask him. Thanks all in advance.

Look on the back of the oven or maybe even on the side, there should be an information sticker that states the electrical consumption.

Hi. It is less than 15kw on those two combined. Don't worry, your electrician will apply diversity to that and know what circuit to install or utilise existing..

If he's away then he can't read what you send him anyway. Best wait until he gets back, or just e-mail him what you've posted here and he can look the models up online when he returns.

If you have the appliances then photocopy the installation instructions from the instructions that came in the plastic bag, and send them to him. If you haven't got the appliances yet, then contact the manufacturer and they will give you the information you need.

Cheers..............Howard.
