Help please

I did my 17th edition at one of these quick fix training centers 2 years ago while working as a conservatory builder thinking i would do the electrics (sockets , lights) to keep down the costs but like others there wasnt much work so had to take a full time job. But now i would like to get into the trade and have been reading alot of things on the forum which to to me means my 17th isnt worth anything and im seeking advice on what to do.
Ive been searching my local colleges thinking about doing the 2330 lv2 then hopefully lv 3 is this the best option or do i just give up the dream of becoming a electrician. Thanks for reading this and hopefully you will be able to help put me on the right path.

Depends on age etc... If you want to cheat your way in just register with a scheme now. You can because you have the 17th Edition.
