Help please

Hi All,

first time on a forum here.

I am looking for some advise if you would be so kind.

I am looking to find out what sort of light this is (pic attached) ?

Trying to find more of these online and and the normal places but can not find anything like it or even where to begin.

As I am sure you can tell I am not a spark, however trying to source these before getting one in.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance please.

You will be however responsible for ensuring it's not an emergency light with battery back up and that lamps are correct type.
