Can some one plz tell me how to bend galvanised trunking ,not sure what bits to cut and the mesurements to make 90 degree bends ,am normally a house electrican:(

inside angles are easy, cut a vee at 90 deg. outside ones are more difficult. as lenny says, the ready made ones are your best answer and practice on a bit of scrap

What you need is an adjustable square measure the angle you want to cut and transfer the marks to the trunking and cut , its not easy , may be an idea to get some 2 x 2 wood and have a practice at cutting the angles ,but with the steal you dont cut the back so once the angle is cut out you can bend it to position , like lenny says may be quicker to buy the angles till you get some practice or it could get expensive

suggest you buy a coulple of lengths of 2"x 2" plastic trunking and practice on that. same principal

Your boss is a fool, for the time involved in manufacturing bends it’s cheaper to buy them. The lids never look right.

The only time I’d make my own is for the odd angle that you may come across.
