Hi, been asked to quote for a 3 bed victorian house thats been stripped bare with new internal walls going in in some places, a dormer on the roof.

Price is including doing the chasing but not making good.

I am looking for a price for labour only. I was thinkin in the region of £3250. This is near Kingston Upon Thames, so greater london.

Seems like a pretty reasonable price to me! Also to save time buy a 4 1/2 inch grinder from screwfix, currently doing a Hitachi one in a case for £29.99, use it to mark out your chases and save doing it by hand, then just chisel the channels out, saves hell of alot of time!
