Just in the process of first fixing a new house.

The under floor heating is:-

It will be an S plan plus with oil boiler. Have been told it's got its own pump and only needs a 3 core flex to it.

The way it displays the wiring to the boiler is a bit obscure and i don't have any info on the boiler.

Also been told i need a 6 core to the time clock so i presume its a 3 channel clock.

Any help / diagrams would be appreciated.

I have first fixed it and am going back monday to do a few bits and pieces, don't want to find i have too few cables going places when i return to do 2nd fix!!!!!

I'd go careful with that info regarding a 3 core. A lot of these ufh systems require a feed, either permanent or timed and some means of switching the boiler on. Normally run at least a couple of 3core and e's. you don't have to use all the cores if there's any spare but its a bugger adding any more to a finished house.
