im looking for a free drawing program that will allow me to create circuits using omron 12 pin relays and (a big and ) will allow me to test if the circuits will work
 
paper/pencil and knowledge of control circuits,you cant expect a computer to work out want you want to do,then draw it using cad or the old way with a drawing board

I guess the easiest way would be to run a supply from ignition /aux via a relay that drops the supply when the lights are on.
