hi there looking for some help with spot light wiring. currently wiring a new build flats and there is spot lights thorugh out the flat. they are on two circuits and each room is switched individually.
how would this be wired. we are not allowed to take the feed to the switch. so would i take the feed to the first spot and connect in a choc box then loop from this light to to the rest in the room. also from this light would be a switch line to the switch. would i also go from this frist point to the second room then loop of that light for that room?

and don't FFS use choc blocks unless inside a suitable enclosure. i recommend the line products. then flex to the fittings. (heat resistant if halogens)

Come on guys this is another college question, don't listen to these lot, this is the way to do it,

soak string over night in water use it instead of cable it's a lot easier to manipulate into the fittings, this is the answer your tutor is looking for its a trick question believe me
